Jace has come into Real Estate the long way. He grew up with it. When his mother Gladys started selling homes in the early seventies Jace was only nine. Watching his mother hurdle challenges for over twenty nine years has made quite an impression on Jace.
“We’d tag along on just about every type of appointment you could imagine. I’m sure that having to manage three kids while trying to close a deal was a stressful thing” Jace says, “But we were being exposed to business transactions when other kids were watching cartoons. I think we’ve become better people for it”
Having a mentor and business partner like Gladys is a unique opportunity for Jace to learn from a recognized leader in the business. “Sales is what I enjoy most and in partnering with Gladys I see time and time again that success only starts by helping clients get the right home. Long term success can only be achieved by taking our clients needs to heart. We show them respect, we show them we care, and we have fun doing it.”
Bringing an extensive background in construction and the computer industry with him, Jace is just as comfortable wearing a blue suit as he is wearing a blue collar.
“Being able to build a home helps me to identify possible problems or assist a buyer hoping to capitalize on an opportunity.”
Having spent three years with IBM, Jace isn’t just embracing the technological changes happening within the real estate industry, he’s one of it’s strongest supporters. Ask him about the latest gadgets or software and he’s sure to get a twinkle in his eye as he tells you all about it.
“Anything that will enable the real estate professional to provide a better quality of product and service is a good thing in my books. And if we can do it in a shorter period of time then we are truly helping our clients to maximize their potential return on investment. Timing is everything in this competitive market.”
Providing you with two generations of knowledge, trust, experience and success, Gladys and Jace are two of Ottawa’s most dedicated real estate professionals. Put them to the test, you’ll be happy you did.
