We know the importance of a good neighborhood. For most of us this means a neighborhood which suits our lifestyle, where we feel at home with the kind of mix of people we like to be with, or without for that matter. In our Capital Region there are awesome communities, from down to earth natural groupings right through the spectrum to the class and sophistication some of us feel at home in.
The amazing thing is that while we may have Rockcliffe Park at one end and Mechanicsville at an other end of the spectrum, we can find each of these type of communities sprinkled throughout the region. In order to obtain knowledge of the ‘lay of the land’ so that you can make sound real estate decisions one either has to live in the area for a lengthy time or use the services of a real estate salesperson who has a thorough knowledge of the types of communities and housing in the different parts of the area. Gladys moved into the Capital region in 1959 and spent the first 20 years in the city and has lived the last 20 on the outskirts in the west. Jace has spent his whole life in and around Ottawa.
